Your Role

We are looking for a driven and structured administrator who wants to be part of our exciting journey. The administrators at Saab are enablers who ensure that operations run smoothly for all involved. The work is highly autonomous and requires that you enjoy maintaining structure and order, as well as having an interest in the surrounding business operations. You will be a vital cog in our work by providing administrative support to managers and employees within the Strategy and Portfolio Management unit in the Business Unit Missiles.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Administrative support, including handling documentation, procurement, onboarding routines, and general office administration.
• Coordination and planning of meetings, conferences, demonstrations, and other types of events.
• Networking and relationship building by creating and maintaining good contacts with colleagues, managers, and external suppliers.
• Support at trade fairs and transport logistics, including handling documentation and contacting relevant support organizations and partners in connection with fair participation.
• Responsibility for orders before and during customer training, such as food, coffee breaks, and potential hotel bookings.
• Participation in the planning and execution of events and activities.

The location is Karlskoga. The role also involves some travel, both within Sweden and internationally.

Your Profile

You are an outgoing and independent person who thrives in a dynamic environment. You are flexible, non-hierarchical, and have a positive attitude. We place great emphasis on collaborating with others in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, structured, and methodical.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A upper secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Very good computer skills and good knowledge of administrative systems and the Office package.
• Good communication skills with the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance procedures applicable at the time. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
